Our 2,000 m² facility comprises dedicated workshops for tooling, molding, surface finishing, assembly, and a sample development lab. We are equipped with automated molding machines, precision polishing equipment, and multiple assembly lines. With a team of over 30 skilled staff—including technicians, QC specialists, and designers—our standard monthly capacity is 200,000 pieces. During peak seasons, we can activate backup lines and scale up manpower to reach up to 350,000 pieces per month. Our warehouse maintains ample raw material inventory, ensuring stable production for large-volume, long-term orders and reliable lead times.
Yes. We offer comprehensive OEM/ODM services, including logo silk-screen printing, laser engraving, color matching, container structure modifications, liner adjustments, and custom packaging solutions. Our in-house mold shop and glass-processing lines enable us to develop glass candle holders, fragrance containers, craft candles, and LED decorative lights based on your samples, drawings, or concepts. Our design team stays current with European and American home décor trends, and can create original models and prototypes independently. Whether replicating your designs (OEM) or offering our proprietary collections for private labeling (ODM), we ensure full process control and compliance with EU/US environmental and safety standards.
Our standard MOQ is 5,000 pieces. For first-time overseas clients, we can flexibly reduce it to 3,000 pieces to foster long-term partnerships. For customized orders involving logo printing, design modifications, or exclusive colors, the MOQ depends on tooling costs and material procurement—please contact us for a detailed discussion. For bulk, recurring orders, we offer tiered pricing incentives.
Stock samples ship within 3–5 working days. Custom samples typically take 10–15 working days, depending on structural and finishing requirements. A reasonable sample fee is charged for standard items, and international shipping is at the client's expense. This fee is fully refundable against future orders that meet agreed quantities. For complex tooling, mold fees are separately quoted and refundable upon fulfillment of bulk order conditions.
We implement a strict four-stage quality control system:
Incoming material inspection – full testing of raw materials for composition, appearance, and hardness; non-compliant materials are rejected.
In-process monitoring – routine checks during production to correct deviations promptly.
Finished goods testing – comprehensive dimensional, load, visual, and safety checks.
Pre-shipment random sampling – second-tier verification before dispatch.
Every batch is retained with traceable records of production and inspection data. We also welcome third-party on-site inspections to guarantee consistently high yield rates.
We highly recommend Alibaba Trade Assurance for maximum protection for both parties. We also accept T/T and irrevocable L/C at sight. Standard orders require a 30% deposit, with the balance settled before shipment. For long-term partners with established credit, we can discuss more flexible payment arrangements.
For standard orders, after deposit confirmation and sample approval, lead time is generally 45–60 working days. Stock items can be shipped within 7–10 working days after deposit receipt. Customized orders (exclusive colors, logo printing, new molds) require 60–75 working days. Special cases can be negotiated for expedited schedules.
Yes. We have passed third-party audits by TÜV, SGS, and Intertek, and comply with Sedex and BSCI standards. We can provide official audit reports and accommodate online or physical factory inspections as required by EU/US buyers' supply chain compliance protocols.
